i love photos with reflection as a main topic

a little feature, just some stuff that deserves much more :

we ( and me) finally found something! it's right in the city centre and from the front window you have a great view over the central station and all.

we have two rooms and a wooden floor and a big BLUE kitchen with everything in it and a beautiful bathroom with a tub and a huge balcony on the back yard side and...

it's exactly what we wanted and we're can hardly wait until we actually move there. we are so happy!!!

but right now we are in berlin, shopping ourselves into poverty in interior furnishing shops.

there was actually no reason to be nervous about not finding an apartment. the renters and real estate administrations practically stalked us we looked at 7 apartments and finally could choose between 5 of them.

we don't know the reason why we didn't have the problems others had with finding a place there. but we reckon it's due to our irresistible charm nevertheless, it was a hard week with a lot of phone conversations and hard choices and very uneasy sleep.

this is a "poor me" journal. my boyfriend and i are looking for an appartment in our new city, but it's quite hard to find any. i heard about several other people who looked for an appartment there for more than a month and found nothing. it's really making me nervous. how am i supposed to attend a university when i have no place to live? yes i am a bit of a pessimist but i can't change that. i lie awake at night thinking about what to do. and in the next second dreaming about how cool our appartment will look and how we paint the walls and all. i want a blue kitchen...

so i'm trying to distract myself a bit. and this is why you get a feature from me now. a small animal feature. hope you like it.

after two years waiting i got my university place. it' exactly the subject and city i have been dreaming of all the time. ( subject is called "history of the book", yay... i'm sure no one of you has ever heard of it.)

so finally i can start to make plans to get away from here!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my god... i wasn't sure if this would ever happen... since i came here i wanted to leave this city. in the end it took me seven years to do it...


my boyfriend and i are still looking for an appartement and all but at least i'm sure about my plans for the next months... i must admit, i feel kind of euphoric.
we're moving from the north to the southwest of the country so our environment will change completely. you will probably see a change in the landscape shots. less water, more forest and mountains i guess
