i made this photo when we were really deep in the woods, completely disorientated. we didn't even have a path to follow. it was getting dark already... that's what happens when you want to try "something new"... somehow we got home though.

Ah, it's good you got home all safely and such...

I think this is a stunning shot, personally. The best thing about it for me is the depth of field and the focusing. I really like how one particular section of the tree is accentuated against the background and how profound the effect is, in that sense.

The colours complement each other well and the lighting is great, too... I love natural lighting. :D
